Özgül Gülbey has spent her 20 years career in the Luxembourg fund industry in a number of highly regarded firms, responsible mainly for legal, compliance, including AML/KYC, and corporate secretarial matters.

Özgül has held Corporate Counsel and Compliance roles. Beyond her extensive knowledge of Luxembourg fund laws and regulations, she has also contributed largely to the launch and development of several investment funds/subfunds and has been fully involved in the implementation of new laws and regulations, including but not limited to the UCITS Directives, AIFMD, EMIR, FATCA, AML Directives.
